On Friday 21 June 2024 our Gottwald women set off for Vienna in sportswear and with yoga mats in their bags, to the Feel Good Festival, which held its own Company Day for businesses.
On arrival the colleagues started with a morning yoga session in the sunshine. A day packed with sporting activities followed, which everyone could join in as they wished. Jumping, Zumba, Pilates, full body workouts and spinning were all waiting to be tried. Our Gottwald women were not to be put off by the summer heat and tried out all sorts of activities. In between there was of course plenty of time to chat and catch up with colleagues, and to sample the food trucks. A particular highlight on this hot summer day was the ice bath, which really did mean leaving your comfort zone.
On the way back to Melk we finished with a visit to the Heuriger Severinhof Schwaighofer in Mautern. With a view of Göttweig Abbey, our Gottwald women enjoyed a platter of cold cuts, open sandwiches, spreads and much more.
A thoroughly enjoyable summer outing on which we all got to know each other a little better.
