Since last week we have been in even closer contact with our apprentices . In our apprentice reviews we talk through how the past training year went, in a relaxed atmosphere: what went well? Where were there still difficulties? What ambitions are there for next year? How does everyone feel in the team and in the company?
Beforehand we also gather feedback directly from the site – from the apprentice instructor – so that we can be sure our apprentices really are on the right track.
