Around 50 apprentices currently work at our company. Because we are aware of our responsibility towards young people, alongside top training in electrical engineering their personal development also matters to us. The current apprentice coaching from il Institut für Aus- und Weiterbildung is about team building, conflict resolution and customer focus.
“Really cool, we got lots of tips and tricks for work and everyday life,” everyone agreed.
On the first and second day, “conflict resolution” and “teamwork” were on the programme for our second-year apprentices. Together with a professional trainer they analysed conflict situations and conflict types and could try out various tools and methods straight away. It was also important to strengthen the group's cohesion through games, to recognise their own role in the team and to learn strategies for success in everyday life.
On the third and final day the third-year apprentices received, alongside theoretical background, plenty of tips on dealing with customers and could practise putting them into effect straight away.
