“A place of encounter and expertise” — that is how the successfully completed project for Raiffeisenbank Region Schallaburg can be described.
Within 18 months, a central and sustainable office location was built in the market town of Loosdorf, making it possible to bring all internal departments together in one place. At the same time a number of new jobs in Loosdorf are being created: instead of 20, around 50 people will work at the branch in future. The clear focus during construction was on energy efficiency. The building has a connected load of 220 kW and the total output of the PV system is 29.37 kWp. A provision for standby power supply (connected load: 250!) was also implemented, and three EV charging points of 22 kW each were installed.
