Every training is as individual as the person doing it. That is why we offer flexible routes that adapt to your circumstances, your goals and your life. The result is scope to develop that takes you further professionally and also leaves room to grow as a person.

Shortened apprenticeship(1/3)
What is a shortened apprenticeship?
Have you already finished a secondary school or another training? Under certain conditions the apprenticeship can be shortened. That gets you to your qualification sooner and into working life as a skilled worker earlier. We are happy to look at whether a shortened apprenticeship is possible for you.
Your own career path
Your career here grows with you. After your training you take on responsibility as a fitter and from there have plenty of ways to develop. Whether on site or in the office — you decide which path suits your interests and your talents best.
