On Wednesday 13 October 2021 a press conference took place at our company. Provincial councillor Eichtinger , AMS regional director Hergovich and MAG managing director Etlinger gave a press conference before a number of journalists on “Job.Start+” , a programme run by the employment service AMS and Menschen und Arbeit GmbH of the province of Lower Austria. The initiative makes it easier for young people to enter working life.
The "star guest" of the press conference came from our own ranks: our colleague Philipp Kager , himself a former Job.Start participant and today head of personnel at the company. After the new programme had been presented, Philipp was able to talk about his own experiences and his career. At present we employ several young people through Job.Start who are making their way with us, growing with us and wanting to develop further.
We are constantly looking for young, motivated and talented people . Programmes such as "Job.Start" support both applicants and us as a company.
