Small appliances (coffee machines, microwaves, food processors and the like) can be handed in either at the store (Josef Adlmanseder-Straße 7, A-3390 Melk) or at our headquarters (Solarstraße 9, A-3390 Melk). They are repaired on site in our own workshop and can be collected there again once they are working.
A short call to the store is enough for us to open a job for you, and our service specialist will come back to you straight away. Ideally the problem can be identified over the phone. That way the spare parts needed are known in advance, which usually means the service technician only has to come out once. If the fault cannot be identified over the phone, it is diagnosed on the first visit; the spare parts are taken from stock or ordered and fitted at a second appointment.
