Thorough training for young people has a long tradition at Gottwald. Alongside excellent technical training, our apprentices enjoy additional training in social and personal skills. To safeguard the quality of apprentice training, our instructors have also been supported with workshops since 2022.
The following course objectives were defined together with iL Aus- und Weiterbildung GmbH and worked through during the "instructor training" on Friday 20 May 2022:
- I know the different roles I have in the position of instructor.
- I can give targeted feedback and encourage development.
- I find an even more human and personal way of dealing with apprentices.
- I have strategies for taking the right measures in cases of misconduct and in conflicts.
A practical, lively workshop day that will certainly lead to even greater sustainability in apprentice training.
