The “hot wire” at Melk primary school

|1 min read

For the fourth year running, Gottwald was able to support the fourth-year classes at Melk primary school as part of the "tools for talents" project.

On 28 and 29 January, Gottwald once again supported the Zukunftsakademie Mostviertel project by building the “hot wire” game at the primary school in Melk. The children of classes 4a, 4b and 4c were delighted by the visit from the Melk company.

As in previous years, we again worked together with the pupils on a project – the "hot wire". Gottwald electricians Erich Schatz and Sebastian Graf helped with the building. Apprenticeship officer Stephanie Goldfuß coordinated proceedings and gave the children helpful tips on how to do it. DI Jürgen Gottwald joined in enthusiastically in his daughter Lia's class. The girls and boys thoroughly enjoyed the technical work. All the pupils were proud to be able to take their hot wire home at the end of the day.

A really great project for encouraging an interest in science and technology among children and young people!
