“A place of meeting and expertise” , that is how the successfully completed project for Raiffeisenbank Region Schallaburg can be described.
Within 1.5 years a central, sustainable office location was built in the market town of Loosdorf, offering the possibility of bringing all internal departments together in one place. At the same time a number of new jobs in Loosdorf are being created. In future around 50 employees will work at the branch instead of 20. In the construction, the emphasis was clearly on energy efficiency. The building has a connected load of 220 kW and the total output of the PV system is 29.37 kWp . Provision was also made for an emergency power supply (connected load: 250!) and three EV charging points of 22 kW each were installed.
