Urban living surrounded by greenery, lively and colourful – Viertel Zwei is an office and residential quarter in Vienna's 2nd district, Leopoldstadt . The quarter is a meeting point for everyone who wants a walk in the woods or along an endlessly long avenue right on their doorstep, who likes being in the fresh air, cycling or simply looking out onto greenery from their terrace.
In the middle of Viertel Zwei, next to the Krieau trotting track, stand three listed spectator grandstands that have fallen into ever greater disrepair over the years and are now in a miserable state.
A way has finally been found to breathe new life into grandstands 2 and 3 . They are now being converted into office buildings. Through a modern, timeless concept and careful restoration work, the old building is being renovated. The revitalisation project is nearing completion. Our team was responsible for the electrical work.
