To make the best use of the open ground beneath our PV array, we planted around 60 kg of potatoes together with Gartengestaltung Spitzer. We expect a yield of up to 500 kg. That way we are not only using renewable energy to cover our own needs, we are also building local food production for our own use into how the company works.
